What are extras?<\/strong> Extras are optional activities or experiences that are not included in the trip\u2019s base price and may involve additional costs. Details about available extras will be shared once the WhatsApp group is created.<\/span><\/p>\n When and how can I pay for extras?<\/strong> Extras can be paid via bank transfer using the same IBAN provided for the final balance payment, no later than 5 days before departure.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n How do I book a trip?<\/strong> <\/span>You can book the trip online directly from the trip page by selecting your preferred departure date.<\/span><\/p>\n Will I receive a booking confirmation email?<\/strong> Yes, once your booking is completed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email all the information and next steps related to your trip.<\/span><\/p>\n What are the payment terms?<\/strong> A \u20ac100 card payment is required at the time of online booking. Afterwards, a 50% deposit of the total trip price must be paid within 72 hours of booking, while the remaining balance is due 30 days before departure via bank transfer.<\/p>\n All payment deadlines and details will be included in the automatic confirmation email sent after purchase..<\/span><\/p>\n Will I receive a payment receipt?<\/strong> Yes, you will receive a receipt by email for both the deposit payment and the final balance paid via bank transfer.<\/span><\/p>\n Will I receive reminders for the deposit and balance payments?<\/strong> Yes. However, it does not necessarily guarantee a private bathroom, as facilities may be shared depending on the type of accommodation.<\/span><\/p>\n Can I book a single room?<\/strong> Due to the nature of our itineraries, single rooms cannot always be guaranteed. Each car will have two designated drivers who can alternate during the journey. However, depending on the rental company\u2019s policies, designated drivers may still be asked to provide a credit card as a security deposit.
