The visit follows the poignant Atlantic slave trade memory route through the famous \u201cSlave Route,\u201d the path walked by enslaved Africans before deportation across the Atlantic. The journey culminates at the moving Door of No Return memorial, overlooking the ocean and commemorating one of the darkest chapters in human history.<\/p>\n
