ALESSIO QUATRINI

Coordinator

Raised between Rome and Tuscia, he graduated in Agricultural Sciences, is a meteorologist, devours history books, and is passionate about cycling as a way to think freely. To date, he has visited 108 countries, traveling both with his family and coordinating groups worldwide since 2002. However, his greatest passion is one: Africa.

He says about it: Africa, for me, is many things, all of them fleeting, full of chills and emotions that often keep me company throughout my day: a handshake, smells and odors, the ochre color, dust on green leaves, large and tough, time without schedules, appointments, waiting, because sooner or later everything gets resolved… ‘c’est l’Afrique,’ my friend Mahamadou used to say”

In 2013 he founded “Ospiti in Africa,” launching a website and social channels dedicated exclusively to Africa in all its many aspects, 360 degrees. “Ospiti in Africa” is the response of his antibodies to Mal d’Africa!
