The infinite cultures that populate the Earth.
This is what Luca decided to explore. A visceral need that was born when, at 16 years old, he visited Syria. That reality, so different through the eyes of a young boy, marked the beginning of his pilgrimage to discover the world.
A passion for languages, history, and geopolitics did the rest.
At 20 years old, it was time to leave Italy, and with little money in his pocket and no certainty, he moved first to Barcelona and a few years later to Brazil.
Among the 40 countries he has visited, there are some he will never forget. North Korea gave him the impression of living in a parallel reality. Through Xinjiang, a bitter and complex dystopia, and the deep spirituality of Myanmar, he found a new sense of self.
And through the peace and vastness of the Amazon, he discovered that sometimes feeling incredibly small can be incredibly pleasant.
In his future, he awaits new unknown or forgotten realities—places that still have strong stories to tell him.
Today he is a coordinator of extreme adventures at BHS!
