VENEZUELA
A tropical pearl nestled between the lush Amazon rainforest and the emerald waters of the Caribbean Sea, Venezuela is one of South America’s hidden treasures, long kept away from the spotlight by years of economic instability but ready to reveal itself to adventurous travellers. Starting from the capital, Caracas, surrounded by mountains and the Caribbean coast, the journey continues through the spectacular tepuis of Canaima National Park, a vast natural sanctuary on the border with Brazil, where several days are spent immersed in untouched wilderness before concluding between Choroní and the marine paradise of Los Roques.
The BHS touch
