TRANS-CARIBBEAN

Three countries, one continuous journey along the Caribbean Sea. The Trans-Caribbean route connects northern South America to Central America, crossing coasts, deserts, and archipelagos without ever turning back! From the urban complexity of Caracas to Panama City, passing through remote territories, land borders, and stretches of sea. Capitals marked by crises and transformations, Caribbean national parks, colonial cities, the desert-like Guajira Peninsula, and the San Blas Islands. A journey that alternates urban contexts, extreme nature, and indigenous communities. The Trans-Caribbean is not a vacation, but an adventure to be experienced. A journey for those seeking movement, continuity, and off-the-beaten-path territories, explored with method, safety, and awareness.

The BHS touch

Three countries, one of the most feared land borders in Latin America, and a maritime route known only to a few. We cross the Darién Gap, doing it in our distinctive style: two days of sailing with a stop in the renowned paradise of the San Blas Islands, on a boat generally used to repatriate migrants rejected at the U.S. border. A Caribbean adventure following the “migrant route”.
