GREENLAND
Greenland: immense, remote, and fascinating. The largest island in the world is the true ruler of the Arctic. Traveling by domestic flights and scenic boat excursions through the fjords, we will explore the west coast, where, during the summer months, the ice loosens its grip and Inuit communities thrive alongside the surrounding landscape. While summer is the ideal season for trekking along the Sisimiut coast, ice remains the undisputed protagonist of our journey through Greenland: the immense wall of the Russell Glacier in Kangerlussuaq and the extraordinary expanse of floating icebergs in Disko Bay, off the coast of Ilulissat, create a dazzling spectacle capable of leaving us truly enthralled.
The BHS touch
Alongside the great classics of Greenland’s west coast, this journey offers an additional expedition into the remote lands north of Ilulissat, featuring a guided trek and an overnight stay in tents facing the spectacular Eqi Glacier. And for those seeking even more adventure, equally thrilling experiences await: from kayaking among icebergs beneath the midnight sun to breathtaking helicopter flights over the Arctic landscape.
